Dear Hostify Users,
To enhance the security of your accounts and protect your sensitive information, we are implementing a mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) requirement for all Hostify accounts starting from July 1st.
What This Means for You:
Starting on July 1st, all users will be required to enable 2FA on their Hostify accounts. You can choose between two methods for receiving your authentication codes:
- Timed Code – Receive a time-sensitive code via your preferred authentication app.
- SMS Code – Receive a code via SMS to your registered mobile number.
How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication:
You can set up 2FA now by visiting your Security Settings at https://hostify.co.za/user/security.
- Log in to your Hostify account.
- Navigate to the Security Settings using the link above.
- Follow the prompts to set up your preferred method of Two-Factor Authentication.
We highly recommend that you set this up as soon as possible to ensure your account remains secure. If you do not set it up before the 1st of July, you will be prompted when you login on or after the 1st July.
