You can now share confidential details like passwords, API keys, or server credentials securely and directly within a support ticket using the new "Sensitive Data" tab.
How it Works:
- Find the Tab: When creating a new ticket or replying to an existing one, simply click the "Sensitive Data" tab located next to "Message".
- Enter Your Data: Place all confidential information in this dedicated field. All data you submit here is encrypted and stored securely, separate from the main ticket conversation.
- Automated Cleanup: For your protection, you will be prompted to automatically remove this sensitive data when the ticket is closed.
Important Security Notice:
For your security, please use this new feature for all sensitive information moving forward. To protect your account, do not post passwords or other credentials in the standard ticket message body.
This upgrade ensures your critical information is handled with the highest level of security while still allowing our support team to assist you effectively.
